Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Pepitas
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Dried Fruit cranberries, raisins, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the oats, maple syrup, pepitas, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • Spread on the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
  • Let cool completely on the pan, then stir in the dried fruit. Serve and enjoy!
