Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Heads Cauliflower

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl whisk the lemon juice, syrup, mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Slice the cauliflower into steaks. Trim the bottom few leaves of the cauliflower, but leave most of the stem intact. Slice each cauliflower into 1" steaks - you will get 2-3 steaks per cauliflower. The remaining florets can be tossed in any leftover marinade and baked or air fried.
  • Brush the marinade mixture onto both sides of each steak.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes until the steaks are crisp and cooked through. Serve with a garnish of parsley and fresh thyme.
