These creamy almond butter overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings. They’re packed with sweet almond flavor. Add protein powder for a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Milk I used soy milk
  • ½ Cup Yogurt I used Non-Dairy Greek Style Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Servings Protein Powder optional (I used almond powder)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve with extra almond butter!
