Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Quick Oats
  • ½ Cup Almond Powder
  • Cup Almond Butter
  • ¼ Cup Agave or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a teaspoon to scoop and roll the mixture into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
