Ingredients

  • 1 14 Ounce Block Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, Tamari, or Liquid Aminos
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Press the tofu for 15 minutes. Use a tofu press or wrap the tofu in paper towels and place under something heavy.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the liquid aminos and spices.
  • Once pressed, chop the tofu into ¼-1/2 inch pieces. Place the chopped tofu in the bowl with the spice mixture and stir to coat the tofu.
  • Place the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through. Enjoy!
