- 1 14 Ounce Block Extra Firm Tofu
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, Tamari, or Liquid Aminos
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Press the tofu for 15 minutes. Use a tofu press or wrap the tofu in paper towels and place under something heavy.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the liquid aminos and spices.
Once pressed, chop the tofu into ¼-1/2 inch pieces. Place the chopped tofu in the bowl with the spice mixture and stir to coat the tofu.
Place the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through. Enjoy!
