  • 3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray optional
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Thinly slice the sweet potatoes (between ¼ cm and ¾ cm).
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes. Flip halfway through. Enjoy!
