Equipment

  • Matcha Whisk Set optional

Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons Matcha
  • 2 Tablespoons Warm Water
  • ¼ Cup Cold Water
  • 1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk I used soy milk, but any non-dairy milk is great
  • 4 Tablespoons Banana Syrup
  • Ice for iced latte

Instructions

  • If using a matcha whisk, soak the whisk in hot water for 5 minutes before using.
  • Sift the matcha into your matcha bowl or other small bowl.
  • Add the warm water and whisk in an "M" motion.
  • Add the cold water (or the rest of the hot water for a hot latte) and whisk again.
  • In a mason jar or measuring cup, whisk/froth together the milk and banana syrup.
  • Add ice to the glass. Pour the matcha over the ice, then top with the banana milk.
