1 Medium Banana ripe, but not mushy ½ Cup Coconut Sugar can sub brown sugar 1 Cup Water ⅛ Teaspoon Cinnamon Large Pinch Nutmeg
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the banana and use a whisk or wooden spoon to mash the banana into a paste.
Add the sugar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir and bring to a simmer. Let cook 5 minutes.
Let the syrup cool a few minutes before transferring to a blender. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge.
