⅓CupMashed/Pureed Banana*
1CupRolled Oats
½TeaspoonCinnamon
⅛TeaspoonSalt
¼CupChopped Walnuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through to break up some of the clusters. Allow the granola to cool for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
