Barbecue Jackfruit Sandwiches are the plant-based equivalent of pulled pork. Jackfruit mimics pork and is covered in a smoky, sweet barbecue sauce.

- 1 20 Ounce Can Young Green Jackfruit in Brine
- 1 Recipe Plant-Based BBQ Sauce
- ¼ Head Red Cabbage chopped
- 4 Plant-Based Burger Buns gluten-free if necessary
Drain and rinse the jackfruit. Shred/slice into strips.
Add the jackfruit and BBQ sauce to a medium saucepan. Cover and let cook 5-10 minutes, until the jackfruit is warm.
Serve the jackfruit on a bun along with the chopped red cabbage. Enjoy!
