Pour the salt onto a small plate. Rim the glass with salt by rubbing a slice of lime on the edge of the glass and rolling in the plate of salt.Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
In a glass or cocktail shaker, mix the tomato juice, apple cider vinegar, juice of the lemon wedge, horseradish, hot sauce, and pepper.
Strain or transfer the tomato juice mixture to glass. Garnish with celery, limes, olives, pickles, dill/parsley.
