Ingredients

  • Kosher Salt or Celery Salt
  • Lime Wedge
  • Ice
  • ½ Cup Tomato Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 3 Drops Hot Sauce
  • Pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 1 Sprig Parsley or Dill
  • Green Olives on small skewer
  • Gherkin Pickles

Instructions

  • Pour the salt onto a small plate. Rim the glass with salt by rubbing a slice of lime on the edge of the glass and rolling in the plate of salt.
    Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
  • In a glass or cocktail shaker, mix the tomato juice, apple cider vinegar, juice of the lemon wedge, horseradish, hot sauce, and pepper.
  • Strain or transfer the tomato juice mixture to glass. Garnish with celery, limes, olives, pickles, dill/parsley.
