½CupRolled Oatsgluten free, if necessary
1Orange
½CupBlueberriesfresh or frozen
1TablespoonGround Flaxseeds
½TeaspoonCinnamon
¼TeaspoonNutmeg
½TeaspoonChia Seeds
Instructions
Place the oats in a microwave safe bowl. Cut the orange in half. Squeeze the juice out of one half of the orange. Add the orange juice and ¼ cup of water to the oats. If using frozen blueberries, add them to the oats. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the other half of the orange. When the oats are done, stir in the flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg, and blueberries (if using fresh). Top with the sliced orange and sprinkle the chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
