Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Sweet Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Date Syrup
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Bourbon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with the date syrup and bourbon. Arrange the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with salt and pepper, enjoy!
