1 Cup Apple Cider ¾ Cup Brown Sugar ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
Add the sugar and apple cider to a small saucepan. Bring to a medium boil.
Stir in the cinnamon (or add sticks if using). Let boil 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Let cool completely before storing. (If using the cinnamon sticks, let sit at least 1 hour.)
