1 Cup Brown Sugar Simple Syrup 8 to 10 Large Lemons aiming for 1 cup of juice 5 Cups Water 1 Cup Ice Lemon Slices or Wedges for serving (optional)
Juice the lemons until you achieve 1 cup of lemon juice.
Add a cup or two of ice to a large pitcher or bowl. Strain the lemon juice into the pitcher.
Add the brown sugar simple syrup and mix to combine.
Add the water. Top with the lemons for garnish if using.
