This creamy Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte is the perfect balance of bold espresso, rich brown sugar, and velvety oat milk. Inspired by the classic Starbucks latte, but made with simple ingredients at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 Shots (Double Shot) Espresso (to make using instant - mix 1 teaspoon espresso powder and 2 ounces hot water)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Simple Syrup to taste - 1 tablespoon is slightly sweet and 2 is quite sweet
  • ¾ Cup Oat Milk I used Planet Oat's unsweetened extra creamy; or use a barista oat milk
  • ½ Cup Ice if making an iced version

Instructions

  • Brew or make your espresso.
  • For an iced version, add ice to your glass. For a hot version, steam or heat your milk.
  • To your glass or mug add the brewed espresso, brown sugar simple syrup, then the milk.
