Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Apple Chips
  • 4 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • 4-6 Tablespoons Date Syrup

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the date syrup to a food processor. Blend, adding the date syrup until the mixture comes together.
  • Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion the mixture and with wet hands, roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
