1Asian Pearalso called Japanese pear
¼CupWalnuts
2TablespoonsGround Flaxseeds
½TeaspoonCinnamon

Maple Syrupif desired
Instructions
Cook the oats as directed on the package.
Meanwhile slice the pear into thin strips.
When the oatmeal is cooked turn off the heat and stir in the flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt.
