A bright and fruity drink, this Citrus Mocktail is perfect for citrus season - with lemon juice and orange or grapefruit juice, this non-alcoholic drink is a zesty refreshing fav.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 Orange or Grapefruit or ¼ cup from a bottle
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Lemon Ginger Simple Syrup or use any simple syrup and add 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • 4-6 Ounces Sparkling Water
  • Garnishes: orange wedge, lemon wedge, fresh mint

Instructions

  • In a glass or cocktail shaker, whisk or shake together the orange juice and simple syrup. Optionally, you can add some ice at this stage to help chill the liquids.
  • Add the crushed ice to the glass. Strain the orange juice mixture over over crushed ice, then top with sparkling water. Garnish with an orange wedge, lemon wedge, and sprig of mint.
