Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 13 Ounce Can Coconut Milk about 1 ½ cups
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 Teaspoons Agave or Maple Syrup optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • Fresh Fruit or Fruit Jam to serve

Instructions

  • In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
