- 1 8 Ounce Block Tempeh
- ½ Cup Cold or Room Temperature Black Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
Chop the tempeh into cubes. Pour the marinade over the tempeh and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Place the tempeh and any remaining liquid on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the tempeh is crispy. Enjoy!
