Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
  • 2 Ounces Alcohol-Free Vodka* or add 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Ginger Beer or Ginger Kombucha*
  • Maple Syrup* to sweeten, if desired
  • For Garnish: lime wedges & frozen cranberries

Instructions

  • In a pitcher mix the cranberry juice, alcohol-free vodka, and lime juice.
  • Add a generous scoop of ice to each mule glass.
  • Divide the cranberry juice mixture between the glasses.
  • Pour in the ginger beer/ginger kombucha.
  • Garnish with a handful of frozen cranberries and a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Notes

*If using kombucha there will be enough acidity that you may prefer to omit the alcohol-free vodka/apple cider vinegar. If using ginger beer,  you may not need any additional sweetness from the maple syrup. Adjust to your taste and the ingredients you have!
