  • 2 Cups Chickpeas
  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • ½ Cup Peanuts
  • ½ Cup Pecans
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cup Raisins
  • ½ Cup Golden Raisins

Instructions

  • Heat the oven or air fryer or oven to 350°F. Bake or fry chickpeas with some salt for 10 minutes.
  • When the chickpeas are done toast the almonds, peanuts, and pecans for a few minutes, until they are just starting to turn golden and fragrant.
  • Let the chickpeas and nuts cool completely.
  • Mix the cooled chickpeas, nuts, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and raisins. Enjoy!
