This Basil Hummus is a pesto twist on classic hummus. A creamy hummus perfect for warm weather. Great on sandwiches, wraps, or serving with vegetables and pita.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas reserve the liquid
  • ¼-½ Cup Aquafaba this is the reserved liquid
  • Cup Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Packed Fresh Basil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, except the aquafaba, to a food processor.
  • Blend, adding the aquafaba, until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
