Ingredients

  • 1 Recipe Vegan Ground Beef Crumbles make this first, then come back here!
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans drained, NOT rinsed
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ Cup Taco Seasoning
  • To Serve: Tortillas or Taco Shells, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion

Instructions

  • In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the onion until just starting to soften.
  • Add the beef, black beans, garlic, and taco seasoning to the pan. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the seitan and beans are warmed through.
  • Serve with your favorite taco fixings. Enjoy!
