- 1 Small Yellow Onion finely chopped
- 1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans drained, NOT rinsed
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ Cup Taco Seasoning
- To Serve: Tortillas or Taco Shells, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the onion until just starting to soften.
Add the beef, black beans, garlic, and taco seasoning to the pan. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the seitan and beans are warmed through.
Serve with your favorite taco fixings. Enjoy!
