Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Packed Fresh Basil
  • 1 14 Ounce Package Extra Firm Tofu, drained
  • Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ Cup Pine Nuts
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve as a dip or with your favorite pasta.
