2 Ripe Bananas 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon ⅛ Teaspoon Nutmeg Walnuts, Fresh Berries & more Maple Syrup, for topping
Preheat the air fryer or oven to 350°F.
Peel the bananas and cut lengthwise.
Place the bananas on the tray for your air fryer or baking sheet if using the oven.
Drizzle evenly with the maple syrup and sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook 7-10 minutes, until the bananas have a light golden color.
Serve warm. Top with walnuts, fresh berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
