  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Walnuts, Fresh Berries & more Maple Syrup, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer or oven to 350°F.
  • Peel the bananas and cut lengthwise.
  • Place the bananas on the tray for your air fryer or baking sheet if using the oven.
  • Drizzle evenly with the maple syrup and sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Cook 7-10 minutes, until the bananas have a light golden color.
  • Serve warm. Top with walnuts, fresh berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
