Select a few ingredients from each category. Grab a large board or tray. Assemble the board. Arrange the items in a random manner - don't worry about making things even or symmetrical. The most natural looking boards use the least amount of thought :)Start with any items in bowls, like dips.Then add the largest items, like a vegan cheese block, larger bread or crackers, and large vegetables.Next add smaller items, like fruit pieces, smaller vegetables, and small crackers.Finally use the smallest nuts and other snacks to fill in any leftover gaps.
