Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Radishes leaves and roots trimmed
  • 6 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the radishes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the radishes are fork-tender.
  • Serve with a sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
