To rim the glass
Gingerbread Syrup or Water
Turbinado or Pearl Sugar
¼TeaspoonCinnamon
¼TeaspoonGinger
PinchAllspice
PinchNutmeg
Instructions
If desired, rim the glass. Mix the sugar and spices and place in a shallow bowl. Dip the rim of the glass in a shallow bowl of water or syrup, then in the sugar mixture.
Add the ice to the glass.
Pour on the apple cider and gingerbread syrup. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
