This grapefruit mocktail is a non-alcoholic version of a paloma, with a sweet and tangy grapefruit flavor. A fun and refreshing pink drink!

- ¼ Cup Grapefruit Juice (one grapefruit will yield more than enough juice - about ½ cup)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Simple Syrup or regular simple syrup
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- ⅓ Cup Seltzer Water or Grapefruit Spindrift
- 2 Wedges Grapefruit to rim the glass and garnish
- Coarse Salt to rim the glass
Rim glass with salt. Pour the salt onto a small plate. Rub a slice of grapefruit around the edge of the glass, then roll in the plate of salt.
Mix the grapefruit juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, maple simple syrup in your glass.
Add the ice to the glass.
Fill your glass almost to the top with seltzer.
Garnish with with a grapefruit wedge.
