This grapefruit mocktail is a non-alcoholic version of a paloma, with a sweet and tangy grapefruit flavor. A fun and refreshing pink drink!

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Grapefruit Juice (one grapefruit will yield more than enough juice - about ½ cup)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Simple Syrup or regular simple syrup
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes
  • Cup Seltzer Water or Grapefruit Spindrift
  • 2 Wedges Grapefruit to rim the glass and garnish
  • Coarse Salt to rim the glass

Instructions

  • Rim glass with salt. Pour the salt onto a small plate. Rub a slice of grapefruit around the edge of the glass, then roll in the plate of salt.
  • Mix the grapefruit juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, maple simple syrup in your glass.
  • Add the ice to the glass.
  • Fill your glass almost to the top with seltzer.
  • Garnish with with a grapefruit wedge.
