Ingredients

  • 1 16 Ounce Bag Brown Lentils
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot (8 cups) of water to a boil.
  • Add the lentils to the boiling water. Let cook with the lid tilted for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When the lentils are soft but still intact, drain.
  • Add the spices and mix to combine. Enjoy!
