- 1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas reserve the liquid
- ¼-1/2 Cup Aquafaba this is the reserved liquid
- ¼ Cup Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne or Chili Powder optional
Add all ingredients, except the aquafaba, to a food processor.
Blend, adding the aquafaba, until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
