- 1 20 ounce can Young Green Jackfruit in brine drained
- 1 15 ounce can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 3 Stalks Celery diced
- ⅓ Cup Grated Carrot
- ¼ Cup Diced Red Onion
- ¼ Cup Diced Dill Pickles or no-sugar relish
- ½ Cup WFPB Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon White Miso
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard or Dijon
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Nori Strip crumbled
To serve
- Sandwich Bread
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Microgreen Sprouts
Add the jackfruit to a food processor. Pulse several times to break down.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse again.
Serve sandwich style with your favorite toppings like lettuce, pickles, and microgreen sprouts.
