- 8 Ounces Fresh Spinach
- 2 Large Fuji Apples thinly sliced
- 2-3 Kiwis peeled and sliced into discs
- ½ Cup Corn Kernels
- ¼ Cup Sliced Red Onion
- ¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
In a small bowl mix the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Taste and add more syrup as necessary to balance the tang of the balsamic.
Divide all the ingredients evenly into four bowls. Dress each salad as desired. Enjoy!
