Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Large Fuji Apples thinly sliced
  • 2-3 Kiwis peeled and sliced into discs
  • ½ Cup Corn Kernels
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Taste and add more syrup as necessary to balance the tang of the balsamic.
  • Divide all the ingredients evenly into four bowls. Dress each salad as desired. Enjoy!
