- 1-2 Tablespoons Lemon Ginger Syrup make with honey instead of sugar for even more benefits
- 1 Cup Hot Water
Optional Add-ins
- Chamomile or Herbal Tea Bag
- Lemon Juice
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- Cinnamon Stick
- Cloves
Stir the hot water and lemon ginger syrup together in a mug.
If desired, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, herbal tea bag, turmeric, black pepper, or additional lemon juice. Let steep 1-2 minutes.
