Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Lemon Ginger Syrup make with honey instead of sugar for even more benefits
  • 1 Cup Hot Water

Optional Add-ins

  • Chamomile or Herbal Tea Bag
  • Lemon Juice
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Cloves

Instructions

  • Stir the hot water and lemon ginger syrup together in a mug.
  • If desired, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, herbal tea bag, turmeric, black pepper, or additional lemon juice. Let steep 1-2 minutes.
