Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Raw Cashews
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch Cayenne optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl mix the cashews, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne (if using).
  • Place the cashew mixture on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Break into chunks, serve, and enjoy!
