3 Pounds Russet Potatoes about 4 large potatoes 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Stock 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper To serve: chopped fresh parsley, flaky sea salt, ketchup, vegan mayo, etc.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise then cut into ½" wedges.
Transfer to a large bowl and toss with vegetable stock and spices.
