Ingredients

  • 2-3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Sage
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks (leave the skins on).
  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix evenly.
