2 Pounds 1 Large Jicama 2 Tablespoons Water ½ Teaspoon Liquid Smoke 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or the oven to 425°F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. If oven baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and slice the jicama into fry-sized strips.
Boil the jicama for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Transfer the jicama to a large bowl and toss with the spices.
Transfer to the air fryer or prepared baking sheet. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or bake for 20-30 minutes, until slightly golden and crisp. Enjoy!
