Ingredients

  • 4-6 Medium Parsnips
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with a sprinkle of water.
  • Peel and chop the parsnips into thin wedges.
  • Arrange the parsnips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place parsnips in the oven and roast until the parsnips begin to brown. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
