Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette sliced
  • 8 Fresh Figs sliced
  • 24 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Sea Salt

Spread

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk from a can
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Liquid Aminos
  • ½ Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Soak the almonds in boiling water for at least an hour.
  • Blend the soaked almonds, coconut cream, garlic, liquid aminos, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a food processor until the mixture is combined.
  • Spread the almond mixture onto a slice of bread and top with several fig slices. Garnish with rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt.
