Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Avocados
  • ½ Cup Diced Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Diced Mango
  • ¼ Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste and season with additional salt and/or cayenne. Optionally, serve inside the center of a pineapple and enjoy with homemade tortilla chips.
