4-5SmallPita Breadsgluten-free or regular OR 3 Cups Vegan Pita Chips
In a medium bowl toss the chickpeas with the garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
Slice the pita bread into triangles. Place on a separate baking sheet and toast in the oven with the chickpeas for 8-10 minutes - watch for burning.
To assemble, place a bed of pitas down on a baking sheet or tray. Dollop the hummus onto the pitas, add the chickpeas, top with the olives, red peppers, banana peppers, and cucumbers. Drizzle with tzatziki. Enjoy!
