Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Soy Milk or other non-dairy milk
  • ½ Cup Non-Dairy Greek Style Yogurt
  • 2 Servings Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • Add ins: chocolate chips frozen/fresh fruit

Instructions

  • In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
