  • 6-7 Medium Roma Tomatoes diced
  • ½ Medium White Onion diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Jalapeno minced
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro chopped
  • Juice of ½ Lime
  • 1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Let sit a few minutes, up to half an hour, to let the flavors meld. When ready to serve, enjoy with plant-based chips or veggies.
