Raspberry Mint Iced Green Tea is a refreshing drink filled with antioxidants - it's sweetened with fruit for a completely sugar-free drink.

Ingredients

  • 4 Green Tea Bags
  • 2 ½ Cups Cold Water divided
  • 1 ½ Cups Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 Sprigs Mint Leaves

Instructions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Transfer to a pitcher, add the tea bags, and steep for 10-15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add the raspberries, mint, and ½ cup of the water to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • When the tea is steeped and the raspberry sauce cool, add the sauce to the tea, along with the remaining 2 cups of water.
  • Pour over ice, if desired. Garnish with additional mint. Enjoy!
