Raw Apple Pie Granola Bars are gooey, sticky, sweet, and delicious. Completely fruit-sweetened, these bars are a healthy on-the-go snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats divided, gluten free, if necessary
  • ½ Cup Pitted Dates
  • ¼ Cup Raisins
  • ¼ Cup Walnuts
  • ¼ Cup Almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Small Apple

Instructions

  • Add ¼ cup of oats, dates, raisins, walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon to a food processor. Process until the nuts are broken into small chunks.
  • Roughly chop the apple. Add the apple chunks and remaining oats to the food processor. Process until the mixture starts to stick together. You may need to scrape down the sides of the food processor.
  • Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan (use your hands!) Freeze for at least an hour. Cut into rectangles. Enjoy!
