1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas ¼-1/3 Cup Aquafaba reserved chickpea liquid 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree ¼ Cup Tahini 4 Cloves Garlic minced 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Cumin 1 Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne ¼ Teaspoon Pepper Pumpkin Seeds for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and season with additional salt, if desired. Top with pumpkin seeds, serve, and enjoy!
