Ingredients

  • 4 Raspberries
  • 4 Blackberries
  • 4-6 Blueberries
  • 2 Mint Leaves
  • Juice of one Lime
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey or agave
  • Ice
  • ½ Cup Seltzer Water

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, bowl, or glass that you don't plan to serve in, muddle the berries and mint.
  • Add the lime juice, vinegar, and maple syrup, and mix.
  • Put ice in the glass you will serve in.
  • Strain the berry mixture over the ice, use a whisk or fork to press out all the liquid.
  • Fill up the rest of the glass with seltzer water.
  • Garnish with a leaf of fresh mint.
