- 4 Raspberries
- 4 Blackberries
- 4-6 Blueberries
- 2 Mint Leaves
- Juice of one Lime
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar optional
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey or agave
- Ice
- ½ Cup Seltzer Water
In a cocktail shaker, bowl, or glass that you don't plan to serve in, muddle the berries and mint.
Add the lime juice, vinegar, and maple syrup, and mix.
Put ice in the glass you will serve in.
Strain the berry mixture over the ice, use a whisk or fork to press out all the liquid.
Fill up the rest of the glass with seltzer water.
Garnish with a leaf of fresh mint.
